I was seen before my scheduled appointment which was great! The provider was friendly, professional and took her time with me.
The clinician was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. She made me feel comfortable and cared about. She explained everything thoroughly. Excellent care.
Was billed and credit card was charged with no explanation.
The provider at the North Haven, CT location, The Provider, NP, kept me waiting for over 1.5 hours for a scheduled appointment, and even though she spent 20-30 mins per patient before me, she only spent 5 mins on me and refused to draw my blood because she "had 2 hours worth of patients left to see", which is personally not my problem as I waited for my appointment just like everyone else. It doesn't make sense that other patients can get more time than I do. She gave me the option to either draw my blood at Quest or come back another day to get my blood drawn, which is ridiculous considering that I waited there for 1.5 hours just to be seen. She also seemed very apathetic and uncaring during the visit, and despite making me wait for so long, still denied me services. This wait time and attitude from the provider was completely unacceptable, and if other minute clinics are like this, I would not consider going back or recommending it to others.

The NP, The Provider was not interested in listening to me, the patient. I have visited this Minute Clinic many times and have always been very pleased. NOT this time. She was impatient, rude and did not care about the patient input. Almost insulting actually. If I were to return and she was on call, I would leave.
I had a terrific experience. My wait was just a few minutes. The technician was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. A totally positive experience!
